How we process and ship orders. Times and carriers can vary by item and destination—always confirm at checkout.

Processing

Orders are typically processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Cutoff times for same-day dispatch (when offered) are shown at checkout and on the product or cart page when applicable.

Carriers & delivery

We ship via major carriers. Delivery time = processing time + transit time. Rural or oversized equipment may take longer. You will receive tracking when the carrier accepts the package.

Free shipping thresholds

Any “free shipping over $X” promotion applies to eligible orders shipped within the advertised region. Oversized or freight items may be excluded; if so, that will be noted at checkout or on the product page.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund per our returns policy where appropriate.

International

If international shipping is available, duties, taxes, and customs delays are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
