Returns & refunds

We stand behind what we sell. Exact return windows and exceptions are aligned with checkout and your order confirmation.

Eligibility

New, unused items in original packaging are generally eligible for return within the period stated at checkout (commonly 30 days from delivery unless the product page says otherwise). Blades and consumables that have been mounted or used on a job site may not be returnable for safety and warranty reasons.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a return authorization and shipping instructions—do not send items back without approval.
  3. Pack the item securely; you are responsible for loss or damage in transit if the return is not packed adequately.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Shipping charges are usually non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product was defective.

Defective or wrong items

If you received the wrong SKU or a defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item or refund you, including reasonable return shipping when we are at fault.

Restocking & fees

Some categories may incur a restocking fee or exclude freight-return costs. Any fee will be disclosed before you complete the return.
